Schedule of Payments :
- On the day of counceling, the annual charges and fee/funds for three months have to be deposited in Cash/Bank Draft, failing which the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in merit.
- Annual charges/fee/funds for odd/even semester will have to be deposited semester-wise as and when notified.
- Refund of fees may be considered in accordance with the relevant rules as amended from time to time.
Rules of Payment of Colleges Dues
- Full payment is required at the time of admission.
- College security will be refunded after declaration of University Examination results. Security will lapse to the college after the expiry of one year i.e. 31st March of next year after leaving the college.
- Students who have not paid their dues up to the date will not be allowed to appear in the College/University Examination.
- The name of the student who does not pay college dues on the given date will be struck off from the college rolls after 10 days, except having been specially permitted by the Principal in deserving cases. Such a student can, however, seek readmission as per college rules provided he/she does not fall short of lectures.
Fines
- Absentee fine for one class is Rs. 3/- and for one practical it is Rs. 5/-
- Absence from house test will entail a fine of Rs. 35/- per paper or any special fine imposed by the Principal.
- Fine for not returning library books on due date is Rs. 2/- per day per book and Rs. 5/- for overnight books.
